This hands-on webinar shows economics and personal-finance teachers how to use “vibe coding”—describing what you want in plain English and letting AI write the code—to build their own interactive classroom simulations in minutes, with no programming background required. We’ll start by demystifying what vibe coding is, how the AI tools work, and where their limits are. Then we move straight into live building, where you’ll watch and follow along as we generate, test, and refine working simulations on the spot. Topics and activities include: turning an economics standard into a clear, structured prompt; building a supply-and-demand market with sliders and a live equilibrium point; creating a compound-interest “power of starting early” visualizer; designing a budgeting decision game or stock-market simulator; and using follow-up prompts to fix errors and improve the output. We’ll also cover a quick prompt-planning template and an accuracy and responsible-use checklist so your simulations are classroom-ready and trustworthy.
