How do we make investing and wealth-building concepts clear and accessible for students? This session features classroom-tested lessons that turn abstract concepts into engaging lessons that last. Participants will explore interactive activities like a compounding interest scavenger hunt, where students solve problems across stations to see exponential growth in action, and a drag-and-drop investment account-matching activity that makes investing concepts stick. Attendees will gain practical and creative strategies for teaching the three core drivers of wealth, time, saving, and interest, and how consistent contributions can help students build wealth The session also explores tax-advantaged options, including Roth IRAs, 401(k)s, 529 plans, and Trump Accounts, giving students a clear roadmap to financial independence. Teachers will leave with ready-to-use tools that help students understand investing and start building their own path to financial freedom.
