Christopher Power has been teaching Business and Economics for 14 years, both at the high school level and as an adjunct at Stevens-Henager University. Currently at Francis Lewis, he has grown the business program from 68 to 306 students per year.

Christopher holds a BFA in Computer Graphics, a MS in Education Technology and a MS in Educational Leadership. As a small business owner himself, he focuses on bringing real world experiences into the classroom. Lessons include pitching business plans, building pitch decks, analyzing economic data, calculating mortgage payments, managing money, and work based learning opportunities.

His passion for finance and economics translates to unique, and often loud but entertaining lessons and discussions. What matters to him most are student outcomes, creating college & career ready students, capable of making calculated life and financial decisions.

Christopher lives in Ossining with his biggest supporters, his wife Laura, his son Luca and his cat, Bagheer.
