  • Explore ways to discuss the texts through thoughtful questions and protocols in the classroom.
  • Brainstorm ways to implement women-centered texts and discussions in their own classrooms.

Description

This webinar will explore the potential of engaging texts written by diverse women to inspire our students about wealth creation, management, and financial literacy. I will use Nearpod to engage our educators in activities that share:

  1. Specific curated texts and excerpts that captivate our students
  2. Tangible ways to build classroom cultures of both reading and discussion
  3. Discussion ideas protocols and EdTech to use post-reading
  4. We will finish the session by brainstorming ways we can incorporate women-centered financial texts in our classrooms.
