This webinar will guide teachers through an innovative personal finance lesson plan that combines life values, geography, and data analysis. Participants will learn how to use U.S. statistical maps to engage students in a meaningful inquiry about where they might choose to live. The webinar will cover strategies for facilitating student exploration of various factors influencing living decisions, such as cost of living, taxes, quality of life, and economic indicators. We’ll discuss how to set up the classroom for this interactive lesson, manage student groupings, and guide productive discussions. The webinar will also address differentiation strategies to ensure all students can access the content, regardless of their background or ability level.
